simply connect one or more access points to your organization's existing network
or broadband connection. Then add a CardBus Card to each mobile computer. With

work happens to be. Skyline 802.11a delivers secure and interference-free
wireless communications. Security is ensured with 64-, 128- and 152-bit WEP
encryption and utilization of an access control list. The Skyline 802.11a
products operate in the unlicensed and clean 5 GHz band. This means network
connections are not affected by cordless phones, microwave ovens, Bluetooth
devices or 2.4 GHz wireless LANs. Skyline 802.11a has two operating modes: The
802.11a mode for speeds up to 54 Mbps and interoperability with other IEEE
802.11a-based products. Plus, Proxim's 2X mode for speeds up to 108 Mbps.
